About Katy

I am a firm believer that photos can be more powerful than words. An image can make you feel things and strike a chord in you and that is my goal as a photographer.

I currently am based out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I feel my best self behind the lens capturing memories for others. I want the entire experience to be a positive one and for you to walk away with images that not only you love but images that move you. My work has been published in several publications but my favorite places to see my work displayed is on the walls of my clients homes. 

When I don’t have a camera around my neck you can catch me at the barn with horses. I’ve owned and shown American Saddlebreds for almost twenty years now. With that being said, equestrian sessions are some of my favorite shoots to have.
